I find where a complex human system is breaking — and build the thing that makes it work.

The Throughline
The title on the door keeps changing. What I do doesn't.
Across a manufacturing floor, an automotive HR department, and the largest technology company in the world, the work has been the same: find the leverage point in a complicated human system, and build something better there. Recruiter, strategist, program lead, product partner — those are rooms I've worked in. Builder is the constant.
The Journey
One line, drawn through every room I've built in.

Beyond the Résumé
By day, equitable systems. By night, a fuller life.
Off the clock, I'm building other things — a home in Cambridge, a family, a wardrobe with a point of view, an argument for activism as everyday practice, and an ongoing case for the best plate of food in the room.
